★ The grinding wheel holder adopts a liquid static pressure guide rail, which is sensitive to movement, can achieve micro feed, and has a certain degree of vibration resistance. The guide rail is not easy to wear.

★ The speed regulation of the guide wheel adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation.

★ The sand and guide wheel dresser adopts hydraulic transmission for reciprocating and stepless speed regulation.

★ The cooling system adopts a magnetic separator filtration device.

Main purpose and scope of application

This machine tool is a wide grinding wheel centerless grinder, mainly used for grinding the outer surfaces of various bearing outer rings with diameters ranging from 10-200mm, as well as the outer surfaces of other similar parts with equal diameters. The machine tool also has an automatic cutting mechanism and hydraulic and electrical control system for the robotic arm.
