★ The thickness of the grinding wheel is as wide as 600mm, and the grinding allowance that can be passed through in one pass can be increased during continuous grinding, reducing the number of repeated grinding cycles and improving productivity.
★ The machine tool adopts a double-sided mobile layout, with the bracket fixed on the bed and the guide wheel frame only for adjustment movement. The workpiece position remains unchanged, making it easy to equip various feeding devices and facilitate automation.
★ The grinding wheel and guide wheel spindle both use double supported five piece short bearing oil film bearings. The spindle adopts ceramic plating technology, which has good rigidity and can adapt to the needs of heavy load grinding and precision grinding.
★ The feed guide rail of the grinding wheel rack adopts a plastic coated guide rail, and the feed mechanism uses a servo motor to drive a high-precision worm gear reducer. The feed is achieved by driving a ball screw through a coupling, with a minimum feed amount of 0.001 mm.
★ The speed regulation of the guide wheel adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation.
★ The reciprocating movement of the grinding wheel dresser and the guide wheel dresser is driven by a reduction motor using a ball screw, with stepless speed regulation. The dresser has good low-speed movement performance.
★ The cooling system adopts a magnetic separator filtration device.
Main purpose and scope of application
This machine tool is a wide grinding wheel centerless grinder, mainly used for grinding the outer surface of various bearings with a diameter of Φ 10-250mm and similar outer surfaces of other parts with equal diameters. The machine tool also has an automatic cutting mechanism and hydraulic and electrical control system for the robotic arm. Therefore, equipped with necessary loading and unloading devices for the robotic arm and other specialized devices, the machine tool can also perform cutting and forming grinding.
