★ The operation adopts a display screen human-machine dialogue, with an automatic cutting in grinding program, and the feed rate, speed, and time can be adjusted.
★ Users can select cutting mechanisms, long workpiece grinding brackets, magnetic separators for cooling systems, and other components through special ordering methods to enhance performance.
Main purpose and scope of application
This machine tool is suitable for centerless through grinding of cylindrical and annular parts, and is suitable for mass production. After adding a cutting mechanism, it can be used for centerless cutting grinding of conical and formed rotary parts with a taper of no more than 1:20. Compared with similar machine tools, it has the characteristics of good rigidity, strong grinding ability, and high durability of grinding wheels.
